Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital resources, audio files, and downloadable media, all sales of digital products are final. Once a resource has been purchased and downloaded, or access has been granted, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Membership Subscriptions
For tiered membership access:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium resources until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing cycles or unused subscription periods.
Exceptions
We want you to have an excellent experience with our resources. If you believe there has been a billing error, a duplicate charge, or if you face an unresolved technical issue with a digital asset, please reach out to our team within 14 days of the transaction. We handle these rare situations on a case-by-case basis.
